HydraFacial

Your Skin Will Thank You

HydraFacial™ is a treatment that works both instantly and cumulatively to better your skin’s look and feel. A medical grade facial rejuvenation treatment, HydraFacial™ provides immediate results with zero downtime. With patients’ individual skin goals in mind, WIFH’s Medical Aestheticians first perform a skin analysis to choose specific treatment serums based for specific skin types and concerns.

At WIFH, we offer both the our Signature HydraFacial as well as a HydraFacial Plus.
This multi-step treatment cleanses, evenly exfoliates and extracts to remove impurities and dead skin cells while simultaneously replenishing vital nutrients including antioxidants, peptides and hyaluronic acid.

And our HydraFacial + includes all of the steps in our Signature HydraFacial but with a stronger chemical peel and a specialty booster to address specific skin concerns, finished with LED light therapy.

How HydraFacials Work

Preparing for a HydraFacial Treatment

3-5 days before your microdermabrasion treatment it is advised to stop using exfoliating products, acids and bleaching creams/products.

  • Discontinue retinols and tretinoin (Retin-A) at least 12 hours in advance (day before).
  • Do not wax or have a skin treatment like a chemical peel or IPL 2 weeks prior to your treatment.
  • HydraFacialâ„¢ cannot be done if you have active acne, cold sore or open lesions.
  • Please discontinue Accutane 6 months prior to having any skin treatment or procedure due to skin sensitivity.
All HydraFacialâ„¢ treatments consist of a series of steps to cleanse, exfoliate, extract, and hydrate your skin by using specialty serums packed with powerful antioxidants, peptides, and hyaluronic acid. We can also add in specific treatment serums to address your individual skin needs.

What to Expect During a HydraFacial

HydraFacial Recovery Time

Immediately following treatment your skin may be a little pink. This will typically subside in a few hours but can last as long as 24 hours. This is normal.
We believe consultations are very important when considering any skin treatment. Our consultations give us the opportunity to get to know you and understand exactly what you are looking to achieve with your skin. At your consultation you will meet with one medical aesthetician who will put together a treatment plan along with product recommendations for you to consider.

Frequently Asked Questions

What Is HydraFacial?

HydraFacial is an invigorating skin rejuvenation treatment that can be given in as little as 30 minutes. It delivers long-term skin health and can be tailored to meet the specific needs of all skin types. It offers instant, noticeable results with no downtime or irritation.

Why Is HydraFacial Good for My Skin?

Hydration is the foundation of healthy, radiant skin. Irritation of the skin has been proven to increase signs of aging. The HydraFacial is a hydrating and non-irritating treatment.

How Many Treatments Are Needed to See Results?

Many clients report seeing visible skin refinement and an even, radiant skin tone after just one treatment.

How Long Do Hydrafacial Results Last?

The smooth results and hydration may last 5 to 7 days or even longer. One treatment per month is recommended for improving the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, oily and congested skin.

How Often Should You Get a HydraFacial?

We don’t believe in quick fixes, so one treatment per month is recommended for improving the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, oily and congested skin. Continued HydraFacial treatments are highly recommended to maintain skin health results.

What Are the Risks/Side Effects of HydraFacial?

HydraFacialâ„¢ is a pretty benign skin treatment and carries little risk. Please notify your aesthetician if you have a shellfish or aspirin allergy.
