Position: Patient Care Coordinator
Entities: WIFH & Vital Living Healthcare
Location: Atlanta, GA (Perimeter Area)
Status: Full Time, On-Site
Typical work week is Monday-Friday
Does require 1 Saturday per month 8a-3p. You will be given a day off during the week in exchange for working Saturday.
Position Summary:
The Patient Care Coordinator works closely with both the Front Desk Manager, Sales and Marketing Team. This position will assist with new patient interactions on the phone, text, email and in person. They are responsible for a seamless and positive patient experience. The Patient Care Coordinator will schedule appointments, manage monthly recurring payments, manage patient recalls, be trained to possess extensive procedure and product knowledge to educate and sell to the patients. This position provides support to the sales team through assisting with consultations, quotes, patient follow up, market and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Establish relationships with prospective and current patients via phone, text, email and in-person
- Be the subject matter expert for concierge memberships, anti-aging program, HRT and weight loss
- Schedule consultations, patient appointments, coordinate referrals
- Present information and quote following consultations for Concierge memberships, anti-aging, HRT and weight loss
- Perform consultation follow up if patient has not signed up or purchased based on sales follow up protocol
- Process all Concierge monthly payments
- Manage and execute VLH Recalls
- HRT
- Concierge/contract renewals
- PRP
- Complimentary Concierge Facial
- Manage and execute all Neurotoxin and filler recalls
- Working with Marketing Manager to create content to showcase services and increase sales
- Manage all Supplement inventory, ordering when levels are low
- Scanning of medical records into patient charts, as needed
- Assist with phones
- Assist Front Desk as needed
