I love October, the weather begins to cool off, there are so many things to do: apple picking, the annual pilgrimage to Burt’s Pumpkin patch, Halloween decorating…..and our company anniversary!! We (WIFH) are celebrating 11 great years in Atlanta.
I joined Dr. Kulkin’s team at WIFH 8 1/2 years ago and I can honestly say I still love my job. When I came on board there were 6 of us including Dr. Kulkin. We had 3 treatment rooms and 4 lasers. We quickly grew to 2 offices and 10 staff members and now 8 years later we are one mega office, including a photography room, operating room, recovery suite, 7 treatment rooms, 12 lasers and 16 staff members (internally called “wifhettes”).
Before WIFH I had a lot of different jobs and I worked for different kinds of people. I grew up with entrepreneurial spirit, my parents owned a restaurant and I can remember at a very young age (long before I was legally eligible) working at the restaurant. I did it all from taking orders, kitchen prep, washing dishes and even stuffing mailboxes to market and advertise the business. So I understand that you have to commit everything you have to grow and run a successful business.
By no means am I comparing WIFH to my parent’s pizza joint, but owning your own business, no matter how big or small, requires the same amount of passion, and it’s that passion that drives your success. I’ve never met anyone with more passion, about what they do, than Jay Kulkin. He inspires us all to be great. He encourages each of us to take ownership, everyone’s input is important and all ideas are welcome.
We are all empowered by the common and core value that is: to always do the right thing for our patients. We are all willing to go the extra mile and it’s not because we have to, it’s because we want to. After 8 1/2 years I still love my job and am grateful to call WIFH home! And I’m not alone, here are some other sentiments shared by my fellow wifhettes.

Working at WIFH is a great opportunity to practice and learn all the new aesthetics. We are constantly training. In my almost 9 years at WIFH we have acquired many different technologies to better serve our patients. My co-workers are also my friends and it is a wonderful fun place to work. I describe my job as a place to make people more beautiful.
Melissa Gatewood, Practice Manager
Each member of our team is invested in our company and our core beliefs. They genuinely care for each patient and want to see each and every one successfully through their treatments.

WIFH is the best place to work! You can’t beat our location, right in the heart of the perimeter. Our office is beautiful, yet comfortable and welcoming. Our staff is friendly and helpful and a lot of fun to work with.
Dr. Kulkin is an expert in his field and is in the office every day making sure that our patients get the best of care. We keep up with the latest technologies and treatments so that we can pass them on to you. But, most importantly, we love helping our patients to look and feel their very best! We think that you will see and feel why we love WIFH the moment you walk in the door.
