Shayna Flash, PA-C Physician Assistant
Shayna received her undergraduate degree from UGA in Microbiology and a dual Masters of Public Health and BS-Physician Assistant (with honors) from Nova Southeastern University in Miami, Florida.  A native Atlantan, Shayna loves sports and travel.  Women's Institute is very fortunate to have her on our team!

Cathy Lewandowski, Senior Patient Concierge
A native Atlantan from Sandy Springs, Cathy brings nearly 20 years of experience in women's health to the Institute. As Patient Concierge, she is dedicated to bringing the ultimate in service to our patients. Cathy's in depth understanding of what the "patient experience" should be has helped make the Institute what it is today. When you visit us, you will feel the difference.

Ami Robinson, PA-C Physician Assistant
A Georgia native, Ami received her BS in Biology at Lee University in Tennessee and graduated from the Physician Assistant Program at Emory University.  She also has a Masters in Medical Science from Emory University.  She brings tremendous enthusiasm and expertise to WIFH as our patients are always giving her rave reviews about her work.  Ami enjoys singing, traveling and enjoying her time with our patients!

Lindsay Spires, Patient Concierge
Lindsay graduated from the University of South Carolina with honors and has been in Atlanta for 5 years.  Growing up in a family in the hospitality industry she brings innovative ideas and energy to provide the ultimate in customer service to our patients.  A newlywed, she enjoys her reading, cooking and loves skin products!  Just ask her and you'll see what we mean!

Regan Kudlata, RN MSN FNP
Regan received her BS in Biology and Masters in Nursing and Nurse Practioner training at Vanderbilt University. She has extensive experience working in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine , Family Planning and Emergency Medicine. She has performed laser procedures for the past 2 years. She is an avid runner and even did her first Triathlon last summer! In her spare time she enjoys skiing and family time with her husband and kids.  

Colleen Thorn, Patient Concierge
Colleen received her BA in Communications from Georgia State University. As a member of the Emerging Leaders Program she served as a mentor for incoming students To GSU. An avid runner, she helps local charities in 10K races and loves to do freelance writing covering the local Atlanta music scene. We think you'll see her work in Rolling Stone some day!

Shannon Burdette, BSN, MSN-Family Nurse Practitioner
Shannon received her Bachelor’s degree from The University of Georgia in Psychology. She received her BSN and MSN from Kennesaw State University. She has nursing experience in the operating room, allergy/asthma treatment, and women’s health. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends and pets. She is a fan of the Atlanta Braves and Georgia Bulldogs. She is also a Marietta native who enjoys cooking and tennis.

Ashlee Strickland, Family Nurse Practitioner
Ashlee received her Bachelor's degree from Birmingham-Southern College in Biology-Psychology. She has a Master of Science in Nursing and finished her nurse practitioner training at Vanderbilt University. Ashlee has four years of experience in Family Practice and Internal Medicine. Traveling, running, and spending time with her puppy are some of her favorite activities.
