Consultations
You will have a personal complimentary consultation
with Dr. Kulkin to discuss your goals. He will assess the areas you are interested in improving with Smartlipo, and make recommendations for treatment.
After your consultation, if you and Dr. Kulkin decide that Smartlipo is right for you, a comprehensive medical history and pre-op labs will be scheduled. Photographs will also be taken at your pre-operative appointment for comparison to your post-operative results.
While our consultations are complimentary, you will be asked to provide a credit card number to reserve your appointment time. This policy is in place to protect our schedule from "no-show" and last minute cancellations. If you should need to cancel or reschedule your consultation appointment, we do request a 24-hour notice. No show appointments will be charged a fee of $100.
