Consultations
We believe it is critical for anyone considering a surgical procedure to personally meet with the doctor who will be performing the procedure. For this reason, you will have a personal, complimentary consultation with Dr. Kulkin to discuss your goals and to learn more about laser liposuction procedures. He will assess the areas you are interested in improving with Smartlipo, and make recommendations for treatment. He will also take a comprehensive medical history so that we are aware of any health issues you may have.
If you decide that Smartlipo is right for you, a future pre-op visit will be scheduled to sign consent forms, draw labs and review particulars for your big day! Pre-op photographs will not be taken until the day of your scheduled procedure.
While our consultations are complimentary, you will be asked to provide a credit card number to reserve your appointment time. This policy is in place to protect our schedule from "no-show" and last minute cancellations. If you should need to cancel or reschedule your consultation appointment, we do request a 24-hour notice. No show appointments will be charged a fee of $100.
