Choose any of the cosmetic fillers we offer: Juvederm, or Radiesse. Prior to the injection Dr. Kulkin adds a small amount of lidocaine to the filler, making your experience painless. Adding lidocaine does not diminish the fillers effectiveness; it makes the procedure more comfortable.  While topical numbing agents provide comfort for the needle to be inserted, lidocaine added to the filler will numb the underlying tissue where the filler is injected. You will experience no discomfort while filling your facial lines or plumping your lips.  Over the course of several hours the lidocaine will wear off, leaving you with that youthful look you were after. So now there’s no excuse not to look your best!

Injection of our facial fillers takes only 15 minutes and results are immediate.
