Each member of our medical team has an Advanced Degree and is a dedicated medical professional. Each member of our team has a passion and dedication to our mission statement- "DO THE RIGHT PROCEDURE FOR EVERY PATIENT"! At WIFH you will receive care from an expert physician, experienced Physicians Assistants, Nurse Practitioners and Aestheticians as well as the most experienced and professional Patient Concierge staff. Shannon Burdette

Shannon is a Nurse Practitioner who has been performing laser procedures at WIFH since 2006.  She received her Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Georgia in Psychology and BSN and MSN from Kennesaw State University. She has nursing experience in the operating room, allergy/asthma treatment, and women’s health. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends and pets and is a big fan of the Atlanta Braves and Georgia Bulldogs. A Marietta native she also loves cooking and tennis.

Shayna Flash

Shayna is a Physician Assistant and has been performing laser procedures at WIFH since 2005.  She received her undergraduate degree from The University of Georgia in Microbiology and a dual Masters of Public Health and BS - Physician Assistant (with honors) from Nova Southeastern University in Miami, Florida.  She is approved by the Georgia Composite Board of Medical Examiners to perform laser procedures.  A native Atlantan, Shayna loves sports and travel. 

Regan Kudlata

Regan is a Nurse Practitioner and has been performing laser procedures at WIFH since 2006.  She received her BS in Biology and Masters in Nursing and Nurse Practioner training at Vanderbilt University. She has extensive experience working in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine , Family Planning and Emergency Medicine.   She is an avid runner who also enjoys cycling, skiing, and spending time with family and friends.

Cher Clark

Cher has been a Medical Aesthetician at WIFH since 2007.  Native to Atlanta, Cher graduated from the International School of Skin Care to obtain her Aesthetician License. Her experience performing laser hair removal and laser skin rejuvenation complement her passion to provide truly beneficial skin care and advice to her patients. Cher's interests include natural health and anti-aging, cooking, cycling and trail running.

Christina Imhoff

Christina is a Nurse Practitioner and has been performing laser procedures at WIFH since 2009.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Saint Mary's College and her Masters Degree and Nurse Practitioner training at Vanderbilt University. After 10 years of urgent care and occupational medicine experience, she joined us at WIFH. She enjoys time with family & friends, hiking, swimming and much more.

Melissa Gastelum

Melissa is our Office Manager and Certified Aesthetic Consultant and has been at WIFH since 2006.  She is a graduate of Georgia State University where she earned her BBA in Finance and plans to continue her education by pursuing a master's degree in International Business. She enjoys trying new restaurants, traveling, reading and spending time with friends and family. She brings a fantastic smile, positive attitude, and patient focused leadership to the WIFH team.   

Lindsay Spires

Lindsay is our Smartlipo and Cellulaze  coordinator and has been at WIFH since 2005.  She is extremely well versed in these procedures having spent time at Medical Education meetings with Dr. Kulkin learning the various available technologies.  In addition she is a Certified Aesthetic Consultant.  Lindsay graduated from the University of South Carolina with honors and has been in Atlanta many years. Growing up in a family in the hospitality industry she brings innovative ideas and energy to provide the ultimate in customer service to our patients. She and her husband have two beautiful girls. Along with loving her role as mom, she also enjoys reading, cooking and skin care products (she's a product junkie)! Just ask her and you'll see what we mean!

Miranda Moore

Miranda is a Patient Concierge and Certified Aesthetic Consultant and has been at WIFH since 2008.  Miranda received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Kennesaw State University. After 14 years, she recently earned her first degree Black Belt in American Karate. She enjoys reading, tennis, kickboxing, and running.  She is currently attending the Elaine Sterling Institute of Aesthetics in order to obtain her Aesthetic License.

Dominique Unkauf

Dominique is a Patient Concierge and Certified Aesthetic Consultant and has been at WIFH since 2008.  Dominique attended Georgia Gwinnett College where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. As a new homeowner she enjoys spending time renovating and decorating her new home. She also loves to ski, cook, and spend time on the lake with her friends, family and her Pomeranian.

Annabelle Gastelum

Annabelle is a Patient Concierge and Certified Aesthetic Consultant and has been at WIFH since 2009.   She enjoys reading (The Twilight Saga is her favorite!), eating, and spending time with her Himalayan cat, Kitty. Annabelle is a superb cook who may someday be the next Food Network Star. As a native to Mexico, you will often find her cooking up authentic Spanish cuisine, Olé!

Lindsay "Elle" Nearing

Elle is a licensed Esthetician who studied at Atlanta Institute of Aesthetics.  She has a passion for skin care and believes that everyone can experience healthy, rejuvenated skin.  Before Elle found her path to aesthetics, she pursued her first love, acting, and received a B.A. in Theatre from Ohio State University.  Elle has a wide range of experience working in theatre, non-profit development and advertising in Atlanta and Chicago.

Noreen Husain

Noreen is currently attending Georgia State University majoring in Finance, Risk Management and Insurance.  Noreen founded a chapter for her sorority at her school and is the current President! In her free time she likes to dance, paint and volunteer in the greater Atlanta community.
