  • If for any reason you wish to discontinue treatment following your first session and up to the completion of your 4th session, a prorated refund will be given. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment. Refunds are based on the number of treatments received and the number of treatments remaining. Please refer to our cancellation policy, as no-show and last minute cancellations are counted as treatments and will be factored into your refund amount.
     
  • If for any reason you wish to discontinue treatment beyond session 4, your package will be prorated and the remaining value of the package can be applied to any of our laser services. Monetary refunds are not given beyond session 4 (the only exception is moving out of state).
     
  • Patients requesting refunds for packages purchased 12 months or more prior to the refund request, will we given a prorated in-house credit good for any laser service. This credit will not expire and can be used for any service or laser service we offer. Monetary refunds are not given for packages older than 12 months.
     
  • Upon cancellation of your package, patients that received a FREE Area, will be charged the prorated price (according to sessions used) of the free area. Please understand we offer a free area to those who pay in full for an 8-session package, over $2,300.
