At WIFH we have performed over 100,000 procedures and our patient’s safety and satisfaction are our number one priority.  We are so confident that you will enjoy coming to our office and love your results, that we proudly offer a money-back guarantee.  If for ANY REASON, up to 6 weeks following your first session, you choose to discontinue your laser package we will issue an immediate, unconditional full refund, no questions asked.  

Here are the details:

1.       If for any reason you wish to discontinue treatment following your first session, a refund, less the prorated cost of the one session will be given.  Our office must be notified in writing of your desire to discontinue treatment within 6 weeks of your first treatment date. Refunds will be issued to the credit card used to pay for the laser package or by check if applicable.  Refunds to patients using Revolving Credit (Chase or CareCredit) will be issued through the applicable bank. 

2.       If you wish to discontinue treatment, for any reason, between sessions 2-5 a prorated portion will be refunded.  Refunds are based on the number of treatments received and the number of treatments remaining.  Please refer to our cancellation policy, as no-show and last minute cancellations are counted as treatments and will be factored into your refund amount

3.       If for any reason you wish to discontinue treatment beyond session 5 the remaining value of your package can be applied to any of our laser services.  Monetary refunds are not given beyond session 5 (the only exception is moving out of state, see #4 for details).

4.       We understand that some situations and circumstances are out of your control.  If you move out of state during the course of your treatments with us and are unable to come for your remaining sessions, we will refund the prorated amount based on the number of treatments received and the number of treatments remaining.  We do require that you submit a copy of your new out of state driver’s license and address before a refund can be issued.
