What makes Cellulaze different from other cellulite treatments?
Unlike other forms of cellulite treatments, which use radio frequency or laser energy over the epidermis, Cellulaze fights cellulite from under the skin.
The treatment’s unique bidirectional laser beam is used to cut stubborn septae (connective tissue) – which cause those infamous “hills and valleys” on our skin – and liquefy fat cells. Therefore, skin is left tighter and smoother. Because the connective tissue is no longer pulling at our skin, and the laser beams are stimulating collagen production. Results will continue to improve over time.

What are the main advantages of Cellulaze?
· Easy treatment that boosts long term results
· Tightens and smooths skin
· Promotes skin thickening
· Minimal discomfort
· Results are long lasting
Who is a good candidate for Cellulaze?
· If you have areas that are lumpy or dimpling that will not respond to diet and exercise, then you’re a candidate for Cellulaze. Ideal candidates are in good health and have realistic expectations for the procedure’s results.
What body regions can be treated with Cellulaze?
· Cellulaze is great for any area of the body where you notice lumpy, dimpling skin. It is ideal for treating the back of the legs, buttocks, thighs and abdomen.
How would you describe the Cellulaze procedure and recovery?
· Since the Cellulaze procedure is performed under local anesthesia, there is very little pain or discomfort involved. In addition to Cellulaze being a long lasting cellulite treatment, the procedure is performed in less than one hour and patients typically can return to their normal routine in 1 to 2 days.
Is there any scarring after Cellulaze?
· Because the skin incisions are so small, they do not require stitches after the procedure. So they are virtually undetectable after healing.
Do I have to do anything post-treatment?
· Healing is quick. A compression garment is required to be worn for one to two week after the procedure (this is supplied by our office). Rest is recommended for 24 hours after the procedure. We encourage patients to refrain from strenuous exercise for one week.
How many Cellulaze treatments are needed to see results?
· Thanks to Cellulaze, for most patients, only one treatment is required.
When can I expect to see results?
· Results can be seen as soon as a week with continued improvement over several months.
