Scheduling your Complimentary Consultation
We believe it is critical for anyone considering a surgical procedure to personally meet with the doctor who will be performing the procedure. For this reason, you will have a personal, complimentary consultation with Dr. Kulkin to discuss your goals and to learn more about our Cellulaze procedure. During your consultation, Dr Kulkin will assess the areas needing improvement and make recommendations for treatment. He will also take a comprehensive medical history so that we are aware of any health issues you may have.
As with all of our procedures, our consultations are always complimentary, however you will be asked to provide a credit card number to reserve your appointment time. This policy is in place to protect our schedule from "no-show" and last minute cancellations. If you should need to cancel or reschedule your consultation appointment, we request that you provide us with a 24-hour notice. No show appointments will be charged a fee of $100 which may be applied to your procedure when you come in at a later date. We are realistic as well as understanding and know things happen; we simply ask that you notify us as soon as possible so that we may adjust our schedule accordingly.
