About Cellulaze Consultations
We believe it is critical for anyone considering a surgical procedure to personally meet with the doctor who will be performing the procedure. For this reason, you will have a personal, complimentary consultation with Dr. Kulkin to discuss your goals and to learn more about Cellulaze.
During your Cellulaze consultation, Dr Kulkin will assess the areas needing improvement and make recommendations for treatment. He will also take a comprehensive medical history so that we are aware of any health issues you may have. Sometimes patients think they need Cellulaze when in fact it may be a combination of Smartlipo and Cellulaze, or simply Smartlipo that will work best. Dr. Kulkin will be able to tell you. Pre-op photographs will not be taken until the day of your scheduled procedure.
Cellulaze Consultation Options
- Monday – Friday – Dr. Kulkin offers consultations Monday-Friday as well as 2 Saturdays each month. Saturday consultations have a slightly different scheduling policy than those scheduled Monday-Friday that policy is reviewed in the next paragraph. While our consultations are complimentary, you will be asked to provide a credit card number to reserve your appointment time (Monday-Friday). This policy is in place to protect Dr. Kulkin’s schedule from “no-show” and last minute cancellations. If you should need to cancel or reschedule your week-day consultation appointment, we do request a 24-hour notice. No show appointments will be charged a fee of $75.
- Saturdays – Dr. Kulkin also makes himself available for consultations on 2 Saturdays each month. Very few doctors offer Saturday appointments and these appointments are in high demand. If you would like to schedule a Saturday appointment with Dr. Kulkin there is $75 charge to make that appointment, however your $75 will be refunded upon your arrival to your scheduled appointment. You can also choose to apply this $75 toward your procedure or service. If you need to cancel or reschedule your Saturday appointment we require a 48-hour notice, this can be done via phone or email. As long as you provide a 48-hour notice your $75 will be refunded at the time the cancellation is made. Failure to provide a 48 hour notice will result in the forfeiture of your $75 payment.
