While Dr. Kulkin is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, it is his initial laser training in the late 1980’s that lead to his expertise in cosmetic lasers. By 2015, he had performed over 8,000 Smartlipo procedures and hundreds of Cellulaze procedures as well as over 600,000 laser hair removal procedures. As a result, he has had Plastic Surgeons and Dermatologists from around the country refer patients to him. He was recently featured on CNN in a story by Dr. Sanjay Gupta, Chief Medical Correspondent.
The Georgia Medical Board has had Dr. Kulkin do peer review work for them in an effort to assure quality care is provided in Georgia. As one of the countries experts, he has patients come to Atlanta from all over the world for laser treatments of all kinds.
